About bg11

Our Story

bg11 was founded with a single clear goal: to give Bangladeshi players a world-class online gaming experience they can genuinely trust. From the very first day, we set out to build a platform that respects the local culture, speaks the language of cricket fans across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and every corner of Bangladesh, and delivers the kind of fast, fair, and thrilling entertainment that players truly deserve.

Since our launch, bg11 has grown into one of the most recognised names in online sports betting and casino gaming among Bangladeshi audiences. We have continuously expanded our game library, strengthened our payment partnerships with trusted local services like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and refined our platform based on direct feedback from our players. Every update we push, every promotion we run, and every game title we add is guided by one question: does this make the experience better for the people who play with us?

Today bg11 supports tens of thousands of active players across Bangladesh, offering everything from live BPL match betting and IPL tournament odds to a full range of live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, plus an extensive slots catalogue featuring titles from the biggest providers in the industry. Whether you follow the Bangladesh Tigers through every T20 clash or you prefer spinning the reels of the latest Pragmatic Play slot on a quiet evening in Rajshahi or Khulna — bg11 has something for you, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: to provide the most reliable, entertaining, and player-first online gaming platform for the Bangladeshi market. We believe every player deserves a safe space to enjoy sports betting and casino games without worrying about payment delays, unfair odds, or security gaps. That belief shapes every decision we make — from the technology stack that powers our platform to the bonus structures we design for our members.

We are deeply committed to responsible gaming. bg11 is built for adults aged 21 and above, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our platform includes tools to help players stay in control of their time and spending. We want every session on bg11 to be an enjoyable one — and if a player ever needs support, our team is here around the clock to help.

bg11 is built for Bangladesh. We celebrate Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day alongside our players, and we invest in a platform that reflects the passion and energy of Bangladeshi sports culture.

Our Commitment to You

bg11 is more than a betting site — it is a long-term commitment to Bangladeshi players. We reinvest in our platform continuously, bringing fresh game titles every month, faster payment processing, improved customer support response times, and new promotional events tied to the cricket calendar and local holidays. Our goal is not simply to be available — it is to be the best choice for every player in Bangladesh looking for a trustworthy, exciting, and rewarding online gaming experience.

We also understand that trust is earned, not claimed. That is why we maintain clear and accessible Terms & Conditions, a transparent Privacy Policy, and a dedicated Responsible Gaming section — because we believe informed players are empowered players. If you ever have a question about how bg11 works, our support team is available around the clock via email at [email protected], ready to help players from Barishal to Mymensingh and everywhere in between.
